At AWA Puerto Varas, our menu is a regenerative celebration of the Los Lagos Region, crafted to connect our guests with the natural surroundings, history, and local communities. Each dish reflects our commitment to using local products, respecting the seasonality of ingredients, and adhering to environmentally responsible practices.
We source exclusively from local suppliers, with a special focus on fishing communities and artisans, honoring the culinary traditions of indigenous peoples and the influences of the diverse cultures that have shaped the region. Our kitchen operates entirely on electricity, much of it sourced from renewable energy thanks to our solar plant. With this approach, we aim to offer a dining experience that nourishes both people and the planet.
We obtain most of our supplies in our surrounding community, as a way to support local producers and to know the origin of our products.
