Currently, we can supply 50% of the vegetables used in our kitchen.
Our chicken coops have a movable enclosure where the hens can eat fresh grass and scratch the ground, which they love!
We cultivate around 40 different vegetables, not counting the flowers and herbs, as a biodiverse system is healthier.
More than 80% of our suppliers are local.
