About the excursion

We will start cycling towards the base camp in Ensenada. In this adventure, we will navigate the Petrohué River on a raft, riding class 3 to 4 rapids in a high-volume, yet safe river, surrounded by forests, hills, and volcanoes.

We will begin at the Ensenada base, where the guides will provide all necessary rafting equipment, along with safety instructions and a briefing. Then, we will set off towards the river on a 15-minute drive to the starting point. On clear days, you will enjoy stunning views of the Osorno, Calbuco, Puntiagudo, and Yates volcanoes.

After rafting through nine rapids for approximately 50 minutes, we will finish our journey at the Cable sector, where we can change clothes and return to the base to enjoy a delicious snack.
