Enjoy a bike ride surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of Osorno Volcano and the Petrohué River.
We will start cycling eastward towards the town of Ensenada, located in the bay of the same name. From there, we will take a slight detour north to continue towards the Saltos del Petrohué.
Along the way, you will enjoy stunning views of Osorno Volcano and its lava flows, the ashes from the 2015 eruption of Calbuco Volcano, and the mighty Petrohué River.
The Saltos del Petrohué are a series of waterfalls on the river, where water crashes down with great force over volcanic rock, shaped by various eruptions of Osorno Volcano. In this area, you will explore two short trails and visit a viewpoint overlooking the falls, where you can admire the emerald-colored waters and the immense power of the Petrohué River.
