A culinary journey where you’ll explore AWA’s organic garden, learn about our philosophy, and harvest fresh ingredients for a guided cooking class.
The experience begins mid-morning with a 500-meter walk through our grounds, passing by one of the largest photovoltaic plants in Patagonia, before reaching AWA’s organic garden. Here, you’ll receive a brief introduction to permaculture, biointensive gardening, and our sustainable production system.
Next, you’ll take part in a harvesting experience, collecting fresh produce directly from the garden.
The journey concludes with a cooking class at Villa AWA, where you’ll prepare dishes full of freshness and local flavors using the ingredients you just harvested.
